Bringing more youth into 4-H and onto campus

Youth from across Minnesota signed up for a University of Minnesota Extension 4-H Campus Immersion camp that promised fun challenges and hands-on STEM activities. After four days and three nights, the youth have stretched their views of themselves and college life. 

"The purpose is to immerse youth in the college experience and to help youth take steps that prepare them to go to college when the time is right," says Jennifer Skuza, assistant dean for Extension 4-H youth development. "The program also helps plants seeds for future college success."
