De-stress is a student group at Boynton Health that promotes healthy stress management and works to connect students to mental health resources on campus. This year, we are sending out a weekly newsletter that will highlight one aspect of mental well-being and offer students practical advice on how to integrate new healthy habits into their life. Some examples include developing routines, establishing healthy sleep habits, and maintaining friendships.
This is a valuable resource to academic advisors because you can share some of these simple ideas with students or encourage students to sign up for the newsletter as well.
