Mental Health Collective of Indigenous People and People of Color

Friday, July 26, 2019

The Mental Health Collective of Indigeneous People and People of Color (MHC of IPOC) is a group of students (undergrad/grad), staff and faculty at the University invested in exploring topics related to mental health/wellbeing in our communities. We meet in person once time per month for topic based discussions, community building and a wellness activity. We also keep a listserv that is designed to be an online space to share resources/articles/events that are related to mental health issues in our communities. Starting in September-we will meet on the 1st Wednesday of the month from 12-1:30 in Appleby 41 and lunch is provided.

If you identify as Indigenous and/or POC and are interested in joining please feel free to sign up for our listserv/more info on meetings on our website: Please also help us spread the word to other IPOC students/staff/faculty!

If you would like more information or brochures about the collective, email
