As a follow up to the 2015 Mental Health Forum, members of the Provost's Committee on Student Mental Health will be offering an interactive workshop that will teach participants a simple framework to skillfully recognize and respond to students in distress. Using relevant case studies and focused group discussions, attendees will review and apply collaborative ways to effectively respond to a broad range of challenging and emotionally charged situations. Additional campus resources and support services will be highlighted. November 16th from 3:30 - 5:00.
