Immigration Response Team Update: Judge says DACA can't end while lawsuit pending

A federal judge ruled on Tuesday, Jan. 9 that the Trump administration must accept renewal applications for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, possibly bringing some respite for Dreamers, young people brought to this country as children.
